We loved the cupcake recipe so much we decided to change it up a little and use Maltesers instead of chocolate chips – it was so worth it. These cupcakes were delicious š

Ingredients
125g Caster Sugar
150g Butter
175g Self raising flour
2 Eggs
4 tablespoons of water
121g of Maltesers (Big Bag)
Preheat oven to 180 C/ 350 F
Line cupcake tin with cupcake cases (makes 12 cupcakes)
Beat the butter and caster sugar until light in colour
Add eggs, flour & water and beat well
Add the maltesers and mix well
Divide the mixture between the cupcake cases
Bake for 20 mins or until the cupcakes have risen and spring back when you gently push down on them
Allow the cupcakes to cool on a wire rack

You should definitely make them with your granddaughters. My daughter enjoyed making them but she enjoyed eating them more š they were so delicious š
